New board of RE:Cover Ukraine

The new board of RE:Cover Ukraine: a Peer-to-Peer Journalism Project has been elected in March 2025. We are pleased to introduce the new board members, who have already entered their positions and started making a difference!
Our goal is to create powerful networks of Ukrainian and other European journalists, so we are especially honored by the international team composition, which continues to grow with acknowledged professionals. The new board members are:
Board member: Tine Johansen, journalist and former president of the Danish association of Journalists.
Board member: Krijn Schramade, freelance investigative journalist from the Netherlands.
Board member: Inna Gadzynska, journalist and editor of Texty.org.ua.
The re-elected members of the Board are:
Chair of the Board: Morten Hansen, journalist at 3F, former deputy of the Association of Investigative Journalists in Denmark.
Vice Chair of the Board: Olga Virsta, Media Literacy Head at the Regional Press Development Institute.
Financial / treasury manager: Henrik Kaufholz, former journalist of the daily newspaper Politiken, former coordinator of Scoop.
Board member: Bohdan Basii, project coordinator for Representation of Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Ukraine.
Board member: Mathias Brügmann, TV commentator for Deutsche Welle, Al Jazeera, Asharq and Al Hurra, former international correspondent for Handelsblatt.
Special appreciation for the work done by the members who left the board, but kindly promised to stay involved and help us as needed – Anne Haubek and Valeria Helander Werner.
With this updated and motivated team, RE:Cover Ukraine is ready to continue its work to achieve the common goal – better journalism for democratic and free Ukraine
